Our move is complete. The physical move went well. Our challenges centered on reestablishing phone and internet service. Fortunately the Embarq technician doing the job was our neighbor who worked tirelessly over the  weekend to help ensure we were up and running come that Monday morning. Many thanks to our neighbor James McGarvey.

All contact numbers remained the same except for our fax number.  Our new fax number is 239-425-8600.

Betsy and I are pleased to announce that this Friday, September the 22nd we’ll be relocating into our new office suites. The new office is located at 8961 Daniels Center Drive, Suite 407, Ft. Myers, FL 33912. All of our contact numbers will remain the same. Phone service is scheduled to be shifted to the new location between 10 AM and Noon on Friday. We’re told that during the switchover all calls will go to voicemail.

We’ll be conveniently located just about 9/10’s of a mile west of I-75 on the north side of Daniels Parkway, behind the Bella Rosa strip mall. More specifically, as you travel west on Daniels from I-75 Don Haney’s Smokehouse Restaurant will be on your right. You’ll take the first right turn directly after the restaurant which is Apaloosa, but don’t look for a road sign as it always seems to be missing (we’ll contact the city to see if we can get it replaced). As soon as you take the right you can easily see the Daniels Center sign. With Treeline Ave. scheduled to open between Colonial and Daniels by the end of this month we’ll have easy access to all of the properties we represent.

We look forward to serving our owners and guests from this new location. It should afford us more than adequate space to provide the level of service you expect and we expect from ourselves. If you’re in the area please stop in and say Hi.

Dear Friends,

Betsy and I wish to share with you some exciting news regarding Country Club Rentals.

Effective the 1st of May Betsy and I have purchased the company from Doug and Genice Sloan.

As soon as we consummated the transaction with the Sloan’s we began hunting for suitable office space that would be centrally located to the properties we represent. In the interim we have relocated to an office suite in building #1 of the same office complex, the Six Mile Cypress Office Park, Suite #105D. Our phone numbers, once Sprint can activate the lines, will remain the same. We anticipate phone line activation shortly. In the interim the published office numbers are forwarded to our cell phones so we’re not missing any calls. We expect our new fax number to be 239-425-8600.

We’re excited about these new events. Our goal is to make this transition transparent to you, the owners as well as our current and future guests.

We want to ensure that you are kept informed of our progress in a timely manner. In order to achieve this goal, subsequent to this letter we’ll be posting progress information on our web site. Simply go to the main page and click on “owners info”. For those of you who may not have internet access in your homes most all public libraries now offer computers with access.
