Our company’s mission is to provide the highest degree of service when an owner places their home in our rental program. We have all the necessary tools to ensure that, while occupied by a renter, both the owner’s needs are met and the guest’s issues are handled expeditiously and with precise care. We have a highly-qualified handyman available to address issues with skill and detail. In addition, we have long-standing relationships with all the necessary vendors to provide immediate attention to every possible issue. Responsiveness to our guests helps to enhance their vacation experience. We provide a balance between providing necessary maintenance and upkeep and generating a solid rental income.
We have the experience to know what guests are looking for in their vacation rental. We pride ourselves in being able to educate our owners on what is necessary to maximize their investment income. We have established a partnership with our owners such that they have come to trust our recommendations. This partnership creates an environment that keeps our guest returning year after year. We are proud of our hands-on approach when working with each guest. Reservations are not made on-line because we care about helping them find the vacation home of their dreams. We realize that they have chosen Fort Myers for their vacation destination over many other places in the country and we want to make sure they come back year after year. Although Mother Nature has provided the sunny weather, we provide the sunny disposition that enhances the vacation experience of all our guests.
We have maintained a wonderful relationship not only with each country club but also with the many Associations currently in place for the over 165 properties in our program. We advertise on the internet as well as on social media. We can also be found in the local newspaper, The News Press, as well as local venues. In addition, annual rentals are advertised in the MLS system. We provide a state-of-the-art website for not only our guests to find their dream vacation property but also as a vessel to provide owners a portal to view up to the minute statements as well as a year-end accounting statement for their property. We remain current in our knowledge of local laws and market conditions and are always available to answer any questions you may have. We collect and submit the sales and bed tax to the state and country agencies on your behalf. Additionally, while the property is rented, we provide necessary required repairs and ensure payment is issued. Country Club Rentals has had a long-standing relationship with a large organization who leases over 20 properties each season. In additional to the usual furniture in your vacation home, there should be at least two good reading lights int he living room, preferably a floor lamp and a comfortable chair. Many of our guests request a sofa bed in the den.

Two night stands, chair, clock radio with alarm, pictures, lamps with 3 way bulbs, a dresser with a mirror, The master bedroom should have a king (strongly recommended), or queen and a headboard. A flat screen TV is also required and should be at least 20" or greater.
The guest bedroom should have two twin beds or a queen sized bed, at least one night stand, pictures, clock radio with alarm, lamp chest of drawers and accessories
ALL FURNISHINGS SHOULD BE IN NEW OR GOOD CONDITION. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE RENTING AT PRESTIGIOUS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUBS AND CAN PAY THE POSTED RATES ARE, FOR THE MOST PART, VERY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE WHO ARE ACCUSTOMED TO NICE THINGS IN THEIR HOMES. PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF THINKING "IT IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE RENTERS" PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT GUESTS HAVE CHOICES FOR THEIR ACCOMMODATIONS. MAKE YOUR HOME STAND OUT! ALL ROOMS SHOULD HAVE CEILING FANS. THE UNIT SHOULD BE SPARKLING CLEAN BEFORE THE GUEST ARRIVES. THAT INCLUDES CABINETS AND DRAWERS CLEANED AND LINED WITH A NEW SHELF PAPER. KITCHEN APPLIANCES CLEANER AND ALL WINDOWS WASHED INSIDE AND OUT. WHEN NECESSARY, THE UNIT MUST BE REPAINTED AND CARPET REPLACED. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE PERSONAL ITEMS IN THE UNIT UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOCKED CLOSET (WHICH CANNOT BE THE MASTER CLOSET). ALSO, DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD ITEMS INT HE UNIT (THIS IS AGAINST THE HEALTH CODES OF FLORIDA)
YOUR UNIT WILL BE INSPECTED FOR THE SEASONAL GUEST ARRIVES AND WILL BE PRE-CLEANED IF WE BELIEVE IT IS NECESSARY. THE FEE FOR THAT INITIAL CLEANING WILL BE PAID FOR BY THE HOMEOWNER ALONG WITH A $50.00 SERVICE FEE. YOUR UNIT WILL BE CLEANED AND INSPECTED AFTER EACH GUEST DEPARTS AND THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.
WE ASK THAT YOUR ENSURE THERE IS AN INVENTORY OF "BASIC SUPPLIES" IN THE HOME PRIOR TO THE FIRST GUEST'S ARRIVAL. WE ASK OUR GUESTS TO USE WHAT THEY NEED BUT TO REPLACE IT PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. QUITE FRANKLY, THIS DOES NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN, THUS, IT IS THE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THESE SUPPLIES ARE REPLENISHED. YOUR LEASING AGENT WILL ASSIST IN TAKING CARE OF THIS WITH/FOR YOU.
